The property consists of 300 rooms and suites that are welcoming, intelligent, provide a Home from Home ambience, while still offering all the conveniences for the modern explorer.

The Right Candidate will
Be naturally friendly with a willingness to help exceed guests’ expectations
Have excellent administration and organisational skills
Have a professional telephone manner.
Possess a can-do attitude with the flexibility to work independent or part of a team.
Knowledge of a Property Management System or experience within Reception/ Reservations an advantage.
Your Role will Include
Managing telephone and email inquiries in a prompt and professional manner and in accordance with company standards ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
Liaising with your colleagues and other teams as necessary.
Providing ultimate customer satisfaction and pro-actively resolving any concerns.
Maintain a thorough understanding of properties facilities and processes, and contribute to a culture of quality standards for relationship building, customer service, selling techniques, and billing and processing contracts
Maintain all bookings to ensure guest arrivals and no-shows are actioned accordingly.
To deal with any guest complaints, queries and suggestions quickly and efficiently.
Complete all required reports in the required timeline
Assessing the needs and requests of all our guests and communicate to the relevant teams where necessary.
